Exchanging Items Bought Online

We hope you’re delighted with your purchase. However, if you’re not satisfied with your item due to quality issues, you have 30 days from the receipt of your order to return it for an exchange.

 

Exchange Policy

We will send you the replacement item once we receive the original package and confirm that it is in a condition suitable for resale.

Tips:

  • Items must be returned new, unused, and with all original tags attached.
  • Returns that are damaged, marked, or altered will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

We typically arrange exchanges in the same manner as the original payment. Alternatively, you can choose to exchange the item for a different model within the same price range.

Colors

We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, variations in computer monitors, tablets, and mobile devices may affect color representation. We cannot guarantee that the color displayed on your screen will be entirely accurate.

 

Repeat Exchanges

To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, we monitor the frequency of exchanges. Excessive exchanges may result in your account being flagged, which could lead to its closure or the refusal of future orders.

 

Returns Policy

We accept returns if:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product has a malfunctioning movement or features as described in the product details.

To process your return:

  • Provide detailed evidence of the issue, including photos and videos.
  • Keep the package in its original condition.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Once approved, return the package to the address provided and supply us with the tracking number.

Refund Policy

You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. The refund process will take up to 7 business days after we receive the original package and confirm it is in a condition suitable for resale.The actual time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or financial institution and can range from 2 to 10 business days.

Partial refunds are available upon discussion. A refund is applicable under the following conditions:

  • A replacement is not available in our factory or local inventory.
  • The product you ordered is unavailable or out of stock, and you do not wish to select an alternative.
  • Your package is seized by customs, and we can either refund you or send a new package, subject to discussion.
